O Lord, forgive the wrongs that I have done by actions of my hands and feet, by my words, by my body, by my ears and eyes, or by my mind. Whether done consciously or unconsciously, forgive them all. Victory to You, O ocean of compassion, O great God, O giver of happiness!

How to Chant Mantras

Best Times

Chant during Brahma Muhurta (4-6 AM), or during evening prayers. Monday is especially auspicious for Shiva mantras.

Posture & Place

Sit in a clean, quiet place facing east or north. Maintain an upright posture with spine straight.

Mental State

Begin with a clean body and mind. Approach with devotion, concentration, and sincere intent.

Repetition

Use a mala (rosary) for counting. Chant multiples of 108 (108, 216, 324, etc.) for maximum benefit.
